Answered Research Ancient Elven Wonders quest - not sure what I need to do

Does anyone know what I actually have to do for this quest? It's in Chapter 4, and isn't declinable.

Title: Arcane Runes
Required: Research Elven Ancient Wonders
Description: "The circles seems to be magical building plans. There are arcane runes written on them, telling the story of some great architectural achievements"

I've already completed and built a Golden Abyss.

I'm not sure if I now need to:

1. Complete an upgrade to my existing Golden Abyss. This was my initial guess. But I've completed the research for an upgrade and that hasn't completed the quest. I'm now upgrading it in case that's what's needed.
2. Complete the rune circle for another ancient wonder
3. Complete the rune circle AND BUILD another ancient wonder

It would be good to know, especially if it's (3) as I'll need to make some room.

It is a research you need to do at the end of the chapter. From now on every chapter has one. Good luck

You need to complete the Tech Eleven Ancient Wonders - its the last tech in chapter 4

I hadn't spotted it because it's right at the end, and I'm still quite close to the beginning.
Not sure if something has gone wrong with my quest cycle, but I've another 11 technologies to research before I even get to it.
Oh well. Off down the knowledge point farms I go!...
