I've been receiving this error message for the past couple of weeks.

It pops up often when I try to post a Forum reply message. My message is blocked.

The sequence being:

Changing the emoji allows the message to post (after waiting a few seconds)

Ditto! Why are the emoji's there if they are not fully useable? Weird!

I can't say I've noticed the "people" collection until recently. The emojis have previously been limited to Elven, human, average and elvenar. There was a post ages ago about the lack of other emojis, like the 'thumbs up'.
Maybe the new ones have been made available but the forum coding can't cope with them {shrugging shoulders emoji}

Yes it does seem to be attached to the "New People" emoji's that have sprung up.
