Either a new tab added to trading post or a new building.
The purpose is to allow players to make the following kinds of trades:
- 1/1 Relic Trades w/players (3 star rating)
- 2/1 Relic Trades w/players (2 star rating)
- 3/1 Relic Trades w/players (1 star rating)
- 4/1 Relic Trades w/NPC (bad trade)
- Trade coins for relics. (40% max coin capacity for 5 relics)
- Trade relics for coins (5 relics for 20% of max coin capacity)
- New Event Quest "Purchase X relics from trader"
- New event quest "Sell X relics to trader"
- New event quest "Sell X relics type 1 to trader and purchase Y relics type 2"
Blooming Trader Guild should reduce the coin fee by 1% of the actual cost for the player per level.
