[Details]: When a new unit is introduced there should be a promotion in the same or next research chapter. The third promotion should be in the following chapter. These extra research promotions can be optional for players who want to battle.

[Reasons for Implementing]: Some battle units have certain advantages and it takes way too long to get the benefits of the troops that are introduced.

[Balance]: Allows for better battle strategy in both provinces and tournament play.
