Problem with ads

I watch an ad and then, instead of a reward, I get the message I can't watch the ad. I reported this problem ages ago but nothing was done about it. It is really irritating to watch an ad and then get cheated out of the reward. If Inno doesn't want me to watch it they should tell me up front.

I get that too, Dennise. Even worse, I get stuck at the end of an ad/game. The ad or game won't finish. I have to close down the game and re-start. I don't get a reward, and I have wasted my time!!

Hi @dennise that's frustrating but often to do with your Browser/Device Cache.

Please clear the Cache and restart your router to see if this helps!!

I've noticed that this happens when I have 2 city treasures available at the same time. The 1st one is fine but the 2nd one isn't. I think I should get a message saying I've exceeded the limit. I don't think there are supposed to be 2 up simultaneously, so the problem is with Inno not my browser.
