Not a Bug Problem with ads

Sometimes I watch an ad and there is no reward. Today I watched one and instead of a reward I got a message saying I couldn't watch the ad at this time. That is definitely adding insult to injury.

The ads themselves are a pain in the bum but getting a 10% boost on Mana production for 12 hrs is worth it in my opinion

That is not the problem @Lelanya, I actually watch the ad and then it tells me I can't watch it. The same thing just happened again and I am getting seriously annoyed about it. It looks like I will have to put in a ticket.

Isn't there a time lock-out or something that limits how often a player can watch? I don't know for certain.

If that was the case @SkyRider99 then it would tell me before I watched it. To tell me I can't watch something I've just watched makes no sense at all.

This whole system seems to be breaking down. According to the Discord thread 'Commercials' these adds are full of racist vulgarity that promote violence. No one at InnoGames appears to be taking responsibility for more than the Ad revenue, they claim it's a third party situation.

Back when they first started this commercial thing I think I watched one on the PC and one on the mobile, purely to understand the conversation, but I will never watch one again. I don't care if the prize is a blueprint. It's the principle. The more that players lap up this advertising the more they will put in the game. And they will eventually make it mandatory.
