Report it to support ingame press the ? on PC lower right or go into settings on the app, then press help then support.

If you use the 'Breach of Rules' ticket type, you will be able to link the offending player, otherwise, be sure to spell the name correctly! If we can't find him, we can't clobber him. ;)

I always attach a screen shot of their position on the map with the report.
