The handy tool for seeing which provinces are scoutable in the browser version is giving two different numbers for the distance away from my city before and after scouting.

I have scouted a couple of provinces today which were 3 away before I scouted them, but which have appeared in my incomplete provinces tab as 4 away. This has happened in my city in Felyndral. I don't know if it is a problem elsewhere.

It’s not a bug report and I don’t know if that user actually did the job and reported it properly. If not, you just did. ;-)
