Add a new feature so that when your scout has completed their mission, a notification message is added to advise you that Scouting has been completed in the same way you get notifications of completed trades, visits etc. It would also be useful if the 'house' on the notification message could take you to the scouted province.
As you get further into the game and the scouting periods become longer, it is possible to not realize that your scout has finished and thus is free for a new mission. A simple notification message to show completion just lets you know that they are free. Also, remembering where you sent your scout can be an issue (especially if it was 2 days ago!) and so having the ability to click on the 'house' icon on the notification message to visit the scouted province would remove the need to spend time checking your world to find the scouted province so that you can look to complete it.
