Hey,
I'm not sure if I've understood it right or if I'm missing something, but I don't think I got my province expansion. I've had a look over the wiki and based on what I've read I should have gotten it, but it just hasn't become available. Can someone let me know if I'm wrong. I completed my first province but the shop says that I still haven't completed it. Any advice would be hot.
