Welcome to the forum, and the game @HiLegendOfficial. Read the Elvenar wiki; icon at bottom right of the main city screen. Advancing in the early stages (chapters) is quite easy. Solve provinces on your World Map to get more city space. Build, produce, upgrade. Enjoy.
