New Crafting indicator

I know I'm in the habit of checking in every time I poke my city, but could we consider adding a flag to the Crafting icon on screen to indicate that new recipes have appeared. The flag would clear when you look at the recipes. This would be similar to what happens when you unlock a new building for the Builders.

... as well some sort of notification when the scout is back. I know was suggested already but I see these 2 issues somehow related.

Ahhh so like an exclamation mark on the Magic Academy icon? I'll put it forward for consideration
