The wondering Moon - Quest - Give neighbourly help 3 times,
As from yesterday I have done this, within my own fellowship and on the world map, culture or coins
Yet it still shows 0/3
Would appreciate some help,

What was the issue / resolution, please?

By chance, was the system having trouble identifying if the Help was provided on Mobile vs.browser versions? Just wondering.
