Hi
I appreciate the change in the Pc/Laptop Neighbourly Help where it now offers you the same options as in the phone app. Makes things so much quicker when doing it.
My issue is I have 2 accounts 1 created recently to assist the fellowship ScousePete and my original account popadopaluspete.
When logged in on my laptop as pop I have the new NH format available, when logged on as Scouse I don't.
Several of my fellowship members also do not have the new option available to them.
Can you advise please or explain
