[Summary]: I would love to be able to remove decor (at least decor earned from events) back to inventory.

[Details]: It's simple - I don't want to keep an event culture building in city any more, but I don't like to lose it - it is unique after all. And I can change my mind eventually and want to place it back again. For example: I've got mother dragon today -
but I don't like how it looks like. I'd better put it back to storage, maybe some time later I'll want to use it, but for now it just upsets me.
[Reasons for Implementing]: That's not very hard, that's not global, that would make playing more comfortable. It can be done in two ways - adding a new button like "sell" or "move", or adding such option to the description window which appears by clicking on the building.
[Balance]: No impact on other game features.
