User Interface Move notification window in diplomacy

In the diplomacy option of the spire, after 3 failed attempts we get a notification window asking us if we want to spend diamonds to continue. However that window appears very fast and covers most of the results so I can't see what the outcome was and decide if it's worth spending diamonds or it's better to try again. Can it be moved somewhere to the side or above the results?

To be honest,I use the option "Never show this again" so it doesn't bother me

It's bad design and should be fixed. Fully agree with the OP.
