If I place a new expansion and build on it, if I later remove all the buildings, can I move the expansion to a different place?
If I have several empty expansions, how do I select which empty expansion I move?

I have a good place to place an expansion for temporary Quest buildings, but it's not where I will later want to place the expansion for Guest Race development.

Once an expansion is placed on the world, it is there forever and cannot be moved.

I suggest if you can to solve a few provinces to get an expansion to place where you need it.

Yeah, it was just that what I thought was the best place for temporary quest placement didn't fit into my plans for future guest race building.
