Looking for a FS

I just started an elven city today, and half way through my first chapter.
I have another city @ chapter13 on a different server and got a bit bored there.
Is anyone willing to take a small city like myself on board?

I joined a random FS yesterday, it was full of inactive players, so I left. Now I have a cooldown before I can join another.
