Answered logging on to worlds

Hi,

probably not the best place to post but i don't know what else to do, I can't get into either of the worlds. both load to 40% then stall and will not load further.

Is anyone else having an issue? and is there a way to put in a ticket from here as I cant do it from the game.

PS I have tried several methods of logging on, have shut down, turned off PC. turned off router. don't know what else to do. not having issues with any other aspect of the internet.
