Looking for clarification on how LGN works. Is it that when a culture building that produces mana has been 'polished' by a neighbour/fellow AND has an active Ensorcelled Endowment spell, the building will produce x% more mana? There may be a step I am missing?

I believe you are correct @HollyGolddust. The EE duration, and additional NH mana production increases with each level upgrade of the LGN.

I think so Pauly7, in general. Upgrade of EE effect appears to not apply for every upgrade though. My next LGN upgrade to level 12 says my EE effect will stay at 8%. Thanks for picking me up on that.
