Fixed Known Issue - Settlement Resources (App)

We've been made aware that there is a slight anomaly on the App for Settlement Resources (see below)

The bottom row has been cut off leaving Players unable to see their resource amounts.

This has been passed across and we are hoping for a resolution soon!

Is there ever going to be a point where we are told what any resources are actually called on the mobile app? On PC we can tell because of the tool tips, but I am not aware of any way of knowing on mobile.

This is why I am forever referring to things as silver balls and clown faces and whatever they look like to me because usually I don't have the faintest idea of their names. I think your screenshot above is from the Team Spirit chapter. If those things have names, to this day I still don't know what they are. I used to say orange balls, brown and blue balls, brown and white balls, etc.

Apparently it is possible to link a mouse to an iPad and use it for the App. I wonder if this information would then appear as a pop up...?

Presumably if that worked you would then need to tell your iPad to run the PC version through the browser. It can sometimes be tricky persuading sites to run a non-mobile version.

Update: I asked the Question! It's currently not possible to add any more information to the Pop Up on the App however, if you are ever in need of some more information pertaining to Guest Race Goods and their names, you can head to the Chapter Section of the Wiki by clicking HERE

With regards to the Mouse and App you'll find that it wouldn't appear even if you hover!

Thanks for checking @Herodite. I understand that there must be space challenges, but you'd imagine the devs would want to try to solve this. It's a bit strange to be playing a game where it won't tell you the names of key items. Sure, you can look it up in the manual. Do we think that any more than 0.01% of players would be prepared to do this? I imagine a greater proportion don't stick with the game due to that lack of clarity when nothing has a name.

It's currently not possible to add any more information to the Pop Up on the App

Besides, I'm sure if they wanted to it would be perfectly possible to develop something in the app where you can click on something's icon and a new pop up window would appear with its name on it.... Exactly the same as the PC tool tip, but requiring a click.

Any news on when this bug on the app will be fixed? It's worse even than the screen shot above. At the moment I can't really see any settlement resource numbers on mobile.

@Pauly7 so a Hotfix was deployed yesterday (04/07) however, it's all dependant on how quickly the App providers make it available! For reference you will be looking for Version 1.222.1

You may need to push through a manual update! Let us know how you get on!

Latest Apple Store update received automatically (1st time for everything!) on Friday 4th July. Version 1.222.0 (308.1MB)

My guess would be another 2 week wait for Version 1.222.1
