Hi I am fairly new here and was just wondering how to spend Knowledge Points please? TIA

Hi @Dreamcatcher4791 Firstly, welcome to the wonderful world of Elvenar, and also welcome to our Forum!!! 
As your fairly new, your Knowledge Points (or KP) will be predominantly used to complete and move forward through your Chapters. To use your KP this way you can click on a particular research on your tree and you will see this pop up:
If you click on the button highlighted, your Knowledge Points will fill the Research Bar.
As you progress through your Chapters, you will then be able to donate your Knowledge Points to Ancient Wonders, both your own and fellows/neighbours.
You will see a similar screen as above that will allow you to donate
