Announcement Issue with Research not loading after the update to 1.7

Dear Elves and Humans,

Following the update to 1.7, many players have reported an issue with the Research menu not loading. Our development team have now found the cause for this issue and are urgently working on a fix.

In the meantime for those encountering problems with accessing the Research menu please try these steps:

• Close the game
• Clear your browser cache;
• Restart your browser.

If this doesn't work:

• Try other browsers;
• You may need to repeat the previous steps for clearing cache and restarting the browser!​

If neither solution works for you, then unfortunately you will have to wait for the fix, which we are hopeful will be tomorrow.

In the meantime, our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue, and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve it.

Thank you for your patience. You will be pleased to know this issue was hotfixed a few minutes ago. If you are still unable to access your research menu, please clear your browser's cache. If doing so does not resolve your issue, please let us know, either by submitting a ticket to our support team, or by posting in the thread linked above.
