Internal Error when placing Research Expansion

Dear Humans and Elves,

We would like to apologize for an internal error that some players are currently experiencing when trying to place research expansions. It seems that in some cases, these expansions are being awarded at no cost before the player has actually completed the research. Once the appropriate research is complete and the player tries to place the expansion a second time, the coins are deducted and an internal error occurs as the expansion can not be placed a second time.

Should you experience an internal error when trying to place a research expansion, please check the following to verify your current expansion count.

1. Original Expansions - All players start the game with a city area the equivalent of 6 expansions.

2. Province Expansions - Please check the number of provinces you have currently completed on the world map and then cross reference that with the number of expansions you should have already received in our Wiki pages HERE.

3. Premium Expansions - For players who have purchased premium expansions, you can purchase 1 for each level of your Main Hall. For example, if you have a Main Hall that is level 10 and you are showing a 3 on premium expansions in your build menu, you have purchased and placed 7 of this type. If you are showing 0 are available, then you have purchased and placed all 10.

4. Research Expansions - Please check the number of unlocked researches that you currently have, including the one which gave the error message.

The total of these expansions (original expansions + province expansions + premium expansion + research expansions) should match the total number of expansions that you have in place in your city.

We do apologize for this error and we are working to get it corrected as quickly as we can. Should this happen to you and you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact support.

Kind regards,
Your Elvenar Team
