Answered Inability to load game

Sorry if this is not the correct place to ask this; however, I have been unable to find any information. I was playing fine about an hour ago, then it told me my session had ended and to log back in. I did so, and tried to load the game world. It redirects me, telling me to install Adobe Flash Player. I already have the latest version installed. I am not sure what to do at this point. I tried shutting down the web browser and reloading it. I tried reinstalling Flash. I can log in fine, and choose the world, however the world does not load. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if I should be answering your questions here, might be stepping on someones toes,if I am,I apologize,
1) try clearing your cache and restarting browser
2)in the past 2 flash players were installed on my computer(until google was updated, I use google chrome browser) make sure you only have 1 flash player running, you can google this and there is a link to show you how to fix.
3) malware can interfere with your online activity,check and see if you have any and remove it,Microsoft has a suspicious software removal tool(I think that's what it's called) it's free, most virus scans have it too.
4) see if you have a virus
srry, you're gonna have a busy day! these options I would do first, but it's just my opinion.

Actually you have been extremely helpful. I tried the chromelugins and disabled the Flash Player plugin, then re-enabled it. Cleared the problem right up. So, thank you. I would have never thought about the plugin if you hadn't mentioned it. (Even though I have both the Chrome plugin and the actual Flash Player, the Chrome plugin was the only one in use).

you're very welcomed, make sure you keep the one turned off,it wreaks havik when both are on, I mentioned the plugin cause when both are on you usually get the message to install flash
