When my culture bonus from neighbors is higher than my normal bonus culture I am so happy.

It could be at 170% right now but I've been neglecting optimisation of settlement placements and focusing on Event.

Oh forgot to mention I will give all the rest of you I have discovered neighbourly helps before I go to sleep I have just been splitting it in half lately to help with Event.

Doing neighbourly help in two separate times a day keeps me from needing to "waste" coins and then having none left for trader when the "buy from wholesaler" quests come in.
