Closed | Contact Support HTML Client - causing problems

I have recently changed both my cities to HTML Client. One city in Arendyll is now working fine but the one in Winyandor now has major issues. Firstly I am unable to access my PMs as nothing will open (chat bar is fine) - when I try to access a PM it freezes up the entire page. Refreshing the page does not work. I sent a message to support and when they asked for further info, I was unable to send the reply as it came up with "unable to authenticate reply" and the send button could not be activated.
