Answered how to accept an invite

i invited someone to join fellowship but i dont know how to accept this player in fellowship

If you invited this person then you are waiting for them to click accept.

If someone applied to join the fellowship, then you can go to the aspirants tab of the fellowship window and click the green tick to accept.

the tick is red not green ?

I haven't got an example in front of me, but I'm fairly sure it's green - But only if the person has applied to join. Not if you have invited them.

As @Pauly7 says, if you issued the invitation to join your fellowship, then you are unable to accept them until they have accepted your invitation.
