I do a lot of recurring quests, would it possible (in the browser version). to have some hotkeys enabled? It would be some exercise for the left hand as well 
An example key combination:
Cycle through recurring quests (~ sign)
Cancel the quest (Key 1)
Accept the quest (Key 2)
So, if I would like cycle through the quests, I would keep on pressing the tilde key (~), and press the numeric key (1) to cancel or numeric key (2) to accept. This can also be the Function keys. I know I am using an US/UK keyboard layout, but it could be adaptable to a generic keyboard too, I guess.
