Answered Horizontal switching between production buildings

Hello, I am playing 2 games, on the EN3 and SK1 servers.
I've noticed a new feature in the mobile app recently: horizontal switching between production buildings. It works very well on SK1 server, but I don't have this feature on EN3 server at all. Where is the problem? Does the EN3 server not yet support this feature? Or do I have something to set in up my app?

its a new feature that is being tested by a small amount of players on the app
but i would have thought that you would have it on both worlds.

Very nice feature, especially now during the Manufacturing Challenge. Pity that it's not available on both servers.

Does the EN3 server not yet support this feature?

Some EN players do have this feature available on their app. Your SK account is completely separate to your EN account so it just so happens you have this feature on one account but not on another.
