Answered Help with visiting fs members

hi all. I can’t seem to visit anyone in the game. I was told I should just select a member, and then from there “visit” from available options. But I don’t get these options. In fact I don’t get any options at all.
I’ve updated my game, and still no change. In fairness, I’ve only been playing for about a week, maybe it’s something that I still have to unlock?

I play on Apple IPad. If this makes any difference?

You can only visit players when you play on the browser version for PC. There's not that option playing on the app.

EDIT: You can still give neighborly help from the app, but you cannot enter other cities.
