The total counts (for base production plus the two connection set bonus) for the Gum Tree and Mana Plant are incorrect. They are off by 1.

Gum Tree - Chapter 14 - Elven Tree Gum
  • 350+263+438 = 1051
  • Total show 1050
  • Image attached
Mana Plant - Chapter 14 - Mana
  • 1150+863+1438 = 3451
  • Total shown 3450
Gum Tree/Mana Plant - Chapter 3 - Magic Dust
  • 26+20+33 = 79
  • Total shown 78
  • Image attached for the Gum Tree

I am seeing this on:
  • Winyandor and Beta
  • Andriod app

Versions for the two:
  • Winyandor: Version 1.164.3-2a33b99-256 (en 1.164)
  • Beta: Version 1.164.3-2a33b99-256 (zz 1.165)

1st link bonus is 75 % of the base production, 2nd is 125 % of the base production.

So we have base production of Gum = 350,
1st link bonus = 75 % of 350 = 262.5
2nd link bonus = 125 % of 350 = 437.5
total = 350 + 262.5 + 437.5 = 1050

The link bonuses are rounded for displaying, which improves readability. 262.5 is displayed as 263 and 437.5 is displayed as 438.

Same with Dust, 19.5 rounded to 20 and 32.5 rounded to 33.

Throughout the game, there are many more occurrences of inaccuracies due to rounding, I see nothing wrong here.

There is something wrong here. It might be something that is not going to be fixed, and I understand why that might be so, but it is wrong.

However, to further add to my confusion (and I've not managed to get a screenshot of this): I get 79 magic dust and not 78.

This is indeed a rounding issue in the game as @RainbowElvira has so kindly pointed out. Based on percentages the numbers cannot always be exact ones, which then brings in the rounding aspect to the nearest whole.
Please reach out to the support team if you need anything further.
