As always, you should upgrade your new sentient goods manufactories to the highest level possible to get a useful production rate.
You will need a lot of Divine Seeds. Consider the Elvenar Trade Centre AW and other buildings that generate seeds. Divine Seeds decay overnight at 10%. The Sunset Towers AW reduces the decay rate; higher levels of upgrade give you a greater reduction.
Similarly, D222-z Simia Sapiens AW will reduce the decay rate of the actual sentient goods themselves.
