Yes, lihwei, the sweepers remove inactive accounts below chapter 3. Make sure you have 'Allow Automatic Movement' checked and you, like Martin or I, may get moved from the rim to a centre.

Yes one of my first on this forum @Lelanya and no I didn't quit, I stuck it out and got moved to a much better position and also now gold mines pay the full amount of coins, the same as a neighbour.
