Answered Glido artifacts

Quick question.
The spire is giving us a heap of Glido artifacts.
Apparently this is a building from last year which is no longer available.
Is it worth keeping these

Glido is a great building to have. It gives bucket loads of ascended goods. So much that you won't need manufactories to produce that tier of goods. I guess at lower levels it gives sentient or standard goods, but it's definitely worth having once you need ascended.

But it was from an event last year and is no longer available? So I have no way of getting it?

Actually, I'm a bit disappointed with my glido. Firstly, I don't think the style fits well with the rest of the buildings. It looks more like something from Disney. More importantly, I only get 28.8k ascended basic goods if I feed it. The rest of the time I get standard basic goods, fighting units, mana and kps. The mana production is good though at 70.4k a day in my current chapter.

OK, thanks.
Google told me it was not available (naughty Google!), so will keep looking in crafting - but we definitely haven't seen it over past couple of months

Exactly this. If you feed Glido before doing the Spire @SunriseBuilder you will get well over a million ascended goods.
Thanks Jake and Pauly, but you've hit the nail on the head. I craft pet food whenever possible, but I have NEVER had enough to feed glido even once, after I have fed my Fire Phoenix, brown bear, Tinlug and occasionally the Azure Phoenix. However, due to your advice, I will now feed glido instead.
How do you get enough pet food for the whole Spire? I never get enough time boosters to go up the Spire quickly. Am I missing out on something? Where are you all getting your pet food and boosters from?

How do you treat brown bear feeding? It is best to do this only every once in a while. I feed mine maybe once every 6 to 8 weeks. Whilst the feeding effect is active I then drop a ton of time boosters on it to replenish all my troops levels.

Azure feeding - Well, that's just for show. It doesn't give you anything unless you're helping your team towards that next elusive chest, or for bragging rights on the global leaderboard.

Always (usually) I do the Spire in one go. If you want to conserve your resources you can do one Spire run on the Friday night then the next one on the Sunday afternoon. You can also do your tournament all within the same pet foods so long as you have Time Warp and Polar Bear so that there are no cool downs.

Thanks Pauly, I will try all of this. I have been feeding the Azure Phoenix to help my fellowship to get points and reach the tenth chest (to get blueprints). Until recently, this didn't happen often, due to not having enough active players. However, I may teleport this phoenix.

As an update, I have fed Glido and am very pleased with the amount of ascended goods. I have managed to boost my way through a couple of Spire levels, and the rest will follow. My glido only gives basic ascended goods, but that's ok, I can hopefully trade for others. Thanks so much for your advice. I had tended to dismiss Glido, but I hadn't really appreciated the potential benefits.
