Fs stronghold

This is an old idea of mine,which I post again for consideration.It is time for every fs to have it's own stronghold.A place where technologies can be further expanded,giving bonuses to all members.Alll members can contribute kps to research stronghold tech.There are so many things you can add in a stronhold.For example,extra buildings which can be upgraded etc...
What do you guys think?

The stronghold should have room for a single 1x1 building to be temporarily housed by a fellow while rearranging his city. Once entered, the building is held for 57.5 minutes, and then must be removed in the next 2.5 minutes, or it is deleted. A stored building can only be removed by the fellow who placed it. The stronghold can only hold one fellow's building at a time,
