Answered Forge Rune from broken shards question.

I have ten broken shards and can click a button to Forge Rune.

What happens if I don't?

I have two empty spots left on Martial Monastery, and the Crystal Lighthouse.

If I Forge Rune does it use the rune up?

I don't want to use it immediately.

Can I continue and get more than ten broken shards?

Or do I have to Forge Rune every time I get 10 broken shards? I'd prefer not to be forced to do that.

What happens if I don't?

Once your broken shard bar is full, you'll LOSE any additional shards that break.

You can, however, use the full bar to fill a Rune Wheel Slot in ANY of your Ancient Wonders. In fact some folks use the methodology to "transfer" unneeded Rune Shards.

Ok thanks very much, since both Wonders at at 2 empty slots remaining I'll pick the Martial Monastery.
