Hey marrra, you're correct. but I like to not that this only applies to people who were already advanced in there quests before it was implemented.
New players don't really have the option to pass over the magic academy. if they did there quests will suffer.
On a new account I did build the darn thing because getting stuch at the noob quests just to much of a pain in the ***.
