I like it. Perhaps it could give a random badge every 12 hours. Perhaps we could craft them in the MA and have several ready to go for the next FA.

10% would be far too much though. Maybe 1%?

If it is a regular crafting building I´ll have tons of them by next FA, 10 at least, so 100% extra badges? Not likely a good idea, considering I have so far made more than 1500 badges (save to say by the end of the FA there will be 2000-3000), these buildings alone would produce another 2000-3000 badges sounds a bit overpowered to me.

1% sounds fair or make them unique buildings like the chess set, if you have one, can´t craft another one.
