Question

If your fellowship folows the orange route and you are not able to enter your badges before they open the chest because the members are throwing their badges in soon as the new waypoints open, but you manage to entera badge or 2 in the other route before the orange route opens the chest do you still get the prixes from chest even if you have not managed to entered any badges in the completed route

Provided you've put a badge in somewhere on the map, you will get the rewards of that map. It doesn't matter if that waypoint isn't finished. But you need to put something into each map to win all the prizes.

This is a good point to communicate to all members of any fellowship. If you are in a competitive fellowship and/or feel like you cannot get your badge placed in exactly "the right" place (path or point) being focused on by the fellowship, you can place badges on other paths / points. However, it can be deflating when folks place these badges just to get a spot on the board. Of course, all of this can be solved with really good communication and cooperation within the fellowship. But, one less deflating option is to ONLY place 1 badge on a particular point that is not being focused on. It can be tempting to place the max number of badges instead, but that can really end up hindering progress later on. By showing restraint, and placing just 1 badge somewhere, the player gets "on the board" and the fellowship will not suffer too much from the lack of focus, in a particular case.
