FA badges using workshops

Would it be possible to reduce the number of toolboxes you need to make for the blacksmiths badge? Seems unfair that you need to produce five for both the nine hour and one day workshop badges

Farmers Guild: 5 x Basket of Groceries (9 hours)
Blacksmith Guild: 5 x Toolbox (1 day)

I agree, 2 or 3 would fit better given the production time required.
