Answered ElvenStats report is broken?

Firstly, apologies if I have transgressed any law about referring to external sites and links.

My FS has routinely appreciated the ElvenStats reports I send to them. But for the past few weeks (months?) the reports have a lot of info missing. I have 'refreshed' the stats and successfully sync'd their data, but it still comes up with messages such as:

Same for me for a while, I can only assume the owner of the site has insufficient hardware to cope with all the info required across all the worlds of Elvenar, or has some other reason unknown.

Personally I admire the huge amount of effort involved in building the site and use it frequently but as a 3rd party site is self funded, would have been great if Inno had recruited them for all their years of effort and put in funding or at least purchased the algorithm off them.

That said I can only assume, sad to see the decline.

would have been great if Inno [...] at least purchased the algorithm off them.

God no, don't give them the ability to screw up ElvenStats as well

On topic: as far as I know, the person behind ElvenStats manages this site in their free spare time, in addition to having a regular day-job. They have only little time to fix issues, but I know they usually get fixed at some point. So I suspect that it will be fixed soon-ish. Have patience And in the mean time, there is a 'contact'-button on their website. However, keeping in mind the above info, it might take a while before they are able to respond (if at all).

So, this makes me think it might be more of a cache issue on your end...? Have you tried clearing your cache? Maybe also your cookies while you're at it Try refreshing the site with CTRL+F5. It is what it says, there's not enough history/data to calculate the numbers. What I heard that sometimes it needs manual adjustments to get the data and if they don't have time, the download doesn't get done and the calculations that need the data can't be performed. Once it gets new data then it starts working, usually every Sunday to Tuesday depending on your time zone.

Personally I admire the huge amount of effort involved in building the site and use it frequently but as a 3rd party site is self funded, would have been great if Inno had recruited them for all their years of effort and put in funding or at least purchased the algorithm off them.

I can't agree more, both ElvenStats and Elven Architect are heavily used by players and are an important part of playing the game. Inno could at least make the updates easier and definitely should recognise the huge contribution these sites make.
