Elvenar - Unable to Log In

Hi, my game crashed and I've been unable to log in ever since, i've cleared cache etc to no avail, is it broken?

"Update starting soon..." - Could it be the reason ? Try to refresh the browser and see then if you can start Elvenar.

Hi, I've already done all this and when I click on a fresh link rather than an outdated one it gives me https://en-play.elvenar.com/?lps_flow=after_glps_shim

and the page is black and not loading

This is very odd, out of curiosity it's loading using Opera, firefox updated yesterday so it must be because of that.

Hi @Ellania do a Cache Clear on your Browser, and we would also recommend clearing your Router Cache by turning it off for a min of 3mins then turning it back on again!

Lol, yes, i already done that as per above, I've reported it to Firefox now and see what they have to say, it's loading on all other available browsers.

It seems it was an issue with the FF update, I had a right problem everywhere yesterday and it all seems ok now.
