Elvarian Games Event

Following on from McBratty's (not stupid) question, does the 50% chance of an RR mean the other 5 are effectively 10% each.
Or do the 5 stay at 20% each and the RR is a separate coin toss altogether.

I assume that you'll get an RR every other time. You will also get one of the other 5 in addition.

I think "self-production" refers only to mana, unurium and seeds, despite how non-existant the logic is.

Edit: That may be wrong. I've changed my mind to - I have no idea. With the previous transcendent building "self-production" referred only to the T7 sentient goods, and the 175% wasn't 175% at all. Whatever it is going to boost, don't expect it to get multiplied by 5.

Maybe it also includes the KP and SF because there is nowhere I can see that they get separated out. Problem is I can't see transcendence until it gets itself to level 7.

I wish they would standardize the language they use when they talk about productions etc. In the case of the previous Transcendence building they referred to it as Base goods...I assumed that meant Tier 1 but no, as @Pauly7 mentioned about its T7 sentient goods.
Self Production to me means what you produce by yourself...that automatically makes me assume something from the manufactories. If thats the case, just say so! Its frustrating trying to figure out what on earth they are trying to say sometimes.

I have to say - I think the event quests just get worse and worse. This event they are the worst of all time. It also looks like all the quest types that people dislike for various reasons, Inno end up doubling down and just giving us more and more of them. In this event it is just endless quests of "produce basic goods", "buy knowledge points" "use coins rains". Those second and third ones should not exist without alternative options and why does the producing goods thing have to be so incessant?
 
Guys! I have a problem! I dont see the Tidal Hoarder. Is this set given without the main and only one important part? Or do i miss it somewhere?

...it's an old set from the last year - you find the main piece only in the royal prizes...since the small buildings have no set bonus, they also work if you place them alone...
 
I don't think i've managed to get a fully upgraded main prize from any event since a long time ago so I'm starting to think what's the point of messing around and involving myself, it seems you can get it all if you spend diamonds and lots of them. like last time i did manage to get up to silver and yes, i did use some stock diamonds but then on the last night, i stupidly went to bed rather than using matchsticks to keep myself alert and logged in, by morning came I was only back in bronze so yet again, i got to level 9. Feels like my childhood chasing carrots while sat on a donkeys backside.
 
I think it is fairly common to only reach the ninth evolution within an event. Generally the last artefact can be found in a subsequent FA. It would be much more unusual, though, if you do everything right in an event to only make it to the eighth evolution, for example. You shouldn't normally need diamonds.

On some event styles it is important to employ a tactic which will lead to more artefacts being collected, if that is what is desired. If we go for the better chest prizes then this is usually at the detriment of progress towards completing the evolving building.
 
Yes, problem i've had is not being able to gather enough of a certain item, even by using up my sorceries, as such a couple of times or more it's taken over a day

Yeah the quest list is ridiculous and uninventive. Not sure if that's even the word because they do it on purpose to tempt people into using all their time boosters boosting orcs or T1 goods, etc.

How do you boost Orc production? I should probably know this, but I can't work it out.

  • Build more orc producing buildings - Orc nests, plus lots of other event buildings
  • Have more armouries or upgrade armouries
  • Have a Heroes Forge and upgrade it
  • Build Shrine of Champions and upgrade it.
 
Thanks to Lelanya and Pauly 7 for your answers. I thought perhaps there was a way to use Time Boosters from the Spells Inventory of the MA to speed up the Orc production.
