hello, folks! How's it going? I'm new in the hood and I seek information.
If the following 2 questions have been already asked somewhere on this great forum, please lemme know and I also apologize for bothering you.
1) I have a building in my city that initially supported 2 workers. I upgraded it to level 4 and now I have 4 workers. Is this building permanent or I have to constantly pay diamonds to keep it up?
2) what about those blue roofs buildings that increase your coins and supplies production? Those that require diamonds to build. How do they work? Are they permanent? Do I have to pay diamonds to level them again as I'm going through the chapters?

So, Question1: This will be your Builders Hut and a permanent fixture in your City. The Hut will actually allow you 5 Builders at it's maximum level, In order to get the 5th Builder, it will be at a cost of 1500 Diamonds, but again, once upgraded, it will permanent.

Question 2: I'm with @Jake65 here, and assume you are referring to the Magic Workshops and Magic Residences. If that is the case then yes, you can purchase these with Diamonds and they will be a permanent building in your City (unless of course you wish to sell it) When purchasing a Magic Residence or Workshop though, the design and output of the Building will be based on your Chapter at the time of purchase. You will be able to upgrade these as you move through the Chapters (if you so wish) but that will be at a cost of Blueprints that can be won in Tournaments or some Events, or you can use Diamonds

Exacto, though technically a blueprint is assigned a value of 300 diamonds, so they can also be upgraded with diamonds.

I never bothered with Builder #5. I find that four builders is enough for 99.99999% of the time.

The Magic Residences and Magic Workshops return much greater rewards than standard buildings. If your fellowship (FS) is doing ten chests in the weekly tournaments you will be able to upgrade the Magic buildings. as you move through the Research chapters. Enjoy.

Hi @winterSunAmerica - Welcome to the forums, always nice to see a new poster. Your questions are already answered, but I thought I'd add. I decided a long while back to go with just the 2 builders (it's cheaper) and it's my own personal game challenge and unless you're in a huge hurry, what's the point in spending diamonds on more builders?
