Have you finished all quests from the Fairies chapter? If you have, then you don't need the farms any more.

I am on the very last one Fairies Ancient Wonders and I have all the Ambrosia and Night essence I need to open it

Once you have finished Fairies you won't need the Farms any more, unless you want to build more Blossom Streets.

Just to add a little bit to @shadowblack's answer, you are not fully into the next chapter until you have completed the Advanced Scouts research and you will still get side-quests which require fairy goods. These side-quests can be declined but if you'd like to take advantage of their rewards, you will need to keep your fairy farms.

No, it is a mixture :
So we have 'sell your dwarven portal', 'sell your fairy portal site', and in Woodelves 'have not more than 0 portal sites'.
