You are posting on the International server @SoggyShorts and referring to the US server. Clearly you have made a mistake, we suggest that you deal with the server that you play on and post on their Forum or alternatively contact their support team.

it's not USD though, as Canadian I get charged in CAD on the EN server, the US server, and the Beta server
So, can I repost my question then since it does in fact 100% apply to the EN server?
Please refer it to support @SoggyShorts as we prefer to keep financial information in there due to the international privacy laws we are bound by.
