City Delete button on the app

Please can we have the delete $ on the app only appearing when you click a menu item, like it does on the browser version, rather than whenever you click on something to move it? If that is too tricky could we please have it moved to a more obscure position on the screen, eg top left or top right corners or bottom right? Thanks

I agree, this is kind a annoying and the idea of having button would help more likely!
