Crwydrwr - Guardian of the Northern Realms.
The forehead star is, Muaulu, the pivot of the skies. All stars rotate about this star.

Then I guess my city must be about 20 degrees north latitude, given the rough height of the constellation above the horizon.

Approximately Earth-equivalent to Mexico City, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Niger, Sudan, Mumbai, Hawai'i.
