Hi I need a holy codex to complete a task. can someone tell me were I'd find one and what I have to do to get 1... Thanks

Holy Codex is a culture building (actually your first culture building that can be blessed by your neighbors to provide bonus culture). It looks like a chained flying book. You need to:

1) Research/activate the technology.
2) Open “culture” tab in the build menu, find it and build it.

Is that buiding race specific? I saw it in some visited players, but i dont think i have such a building

Yes, it’s only in human cities.

Note that sometimes there is an event building looking the same except for color, so you might get one in your elven city. ;-) So far I noticed red Lava Codex, green Leaf Codex (or something like that) and I have a feeling I saw another one, a yellowish one, somewhere.
